NEW CONSTRUCTION & REPRODUCTIONS

TOBYCO Builders’ portfolio includes new residential types of construction of all degrees of complexity. The TOBYCO portfolio includes reproduction homes with special attention being given to tiles, floorings, cabinetry, moldings, switches/plates, sidings and plasters, roofs, and all other components that make the home “look like the real thing back then”, but new.

Projects have included “civil engineered challenged” properties requiring sub-terrain retaining, foundation restraining wall for hydro pressure, retaining wall foundations, and relocation of public utilities including water and sewer main. Concrete applications have included the use of conventional block, pour in place forms and “green construction” product ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms). Another “green construction” product familiar to TOBYCO are SIPs (Structural Insulated Panels) while “green products” typically used and promoted are tank-less water heaters, water manifold systems, efficient toilets, heat ‘zoning’ with programmable thermostats, every wall and ‘extra’ ceiling insulation, ‘extra’ attic/crawl space ventilation to state just some and an increasing knowledge of solar panel electricity and hot water if so desired by client/architect.

REMODELS

TOBYCO Builders is experienced with the remodel of many homes and building structures to architectural periods, Tuscan Villa, Craftsman, California Spanish, Victorian or simple breathe of new life and ambience into an existing home. TOBYCO manages any degree of complexity as simple as a bathroom and/or kitchen remodel or as extensive and complex as an entire home remodel. We have made it possible that some clients are able to continue to reside at their residence during the remodel process.

TOBYCO Builders constructs kitchens, baths, living area expansions (including second floor and/or third story roof deck additions) and custom theatre additions/conversions complete with sloping floors or tiered seating and video/audio to meet your family’s or business’s expectations to any home, existing structure, or property.

HOUSE & BUILDING RELOCATION / MOVING

TOBYCO Builders specializes in all-inclusive on-site relocation and/or move offs including the structures dissection (if necessary), moving, new foundation, re-construction as well as its restoration and/or remodeling. We orchestrate and manage the entire process from start to finish with services of one of California’s most qualified home/building moving contractors and the TOBYCO Team of sub-contractors.

RESTORATIONS

TOBYCO Builders features restoration of structures to original architectural design and materials. Our restorations feature returning to original materials and properties including tile, wood flooring, custom metal working, baluster and railings, cabinetry, moldings, plastering, and paint. The process typically includes the repairing of structural damage and/or partial demo and implementing newly engineered foundations and infrastructure.
