  1. Managed incoming materials, production and outgoing roof components 
  2. Supervised employees in cutting, fabricating, shipping and field repairs
  3. Analyzed and repaired component deficiencies or failures including those in occupied units
  4. Assisted Strong-Tie engineers with clinical and field testing of steel web truss and implementation of   fabrication/production system
